  Although the people that work here are very nice I was made to back my car up to make room for somebody else that was in another line and had been waiting before me. It's not my problem that somebody was in a longer line than I was and I should not have been made to move because I was next in line to go into the bay and now I have another car in front of me. I always come here for my oil changes and this is the first time I have ever experienced this

  There are big changes happening at this location. I stopped in for an oil change and was very impressed with the professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail. Must be under new leadership. Keep up the good work! I'll be back.

  Dan was amazing. He was so very helpful and honest. He is a great Manager and you will receive great service at the Concord mills location.

  Shorted me on an oil change leading my car to be low on oil after only a 1000 miles after another branch stripped my skid plate and took to them to repair as I couldn’t drive to make it to the other Valvoline. Horrible customer service. You lost a chance to keep a loyal customer. I won’t be back or be recommending you.
