  On April 11, 2026 I came to the Concord branch for a tune up and oil change. I specifically pointed out that i really only wanted my spark plugs changed, filters had been recentlychanged... Walking into the store it was pleasant and clean...customer service was very polite and helpful. When I asked about the possibility of also replacing my wiper blades he gave me an estimate. I also picked from 4 different oil services knowing using synthetic oil is about 100.00 right off the bat. What I didn't get was an estimate for how much a tune up/changing spark plugs would be. I had my uncle look up the laser indium spark plugs online, and no way did they cost 332.76 they charged me. The labor for 187.99 was very just as he also thought.. Yes they sent me a text at 1015am of the system check they had already performed under the hood and around car...as well as showed me on his tablet letting me know everything looked good except for a possible alignment which I agreed with but at that point wasn't adding another 128.39 to my bill...they also said I declined a fuel/air induction service which according to Google is the cleaning of my air and or fuel filters in which they told me were also looking good on that check that texted me and showed me on their tablet... So why does it cost 557.20 for a tune up on a 2018 Kia Sportage just to change spark plugs basically and check my car to see if the system under the hood and around cost so much...bringing the total to 716. 56????? Oh and by the way NO an estimate for the spark plugs nor entire tune up service was given to me prior to the work being done. I went there at 920am and was finished by 1025am....I wasn't going to write a review but the company kept sending me texts about how they performed and do I want to be a part of the referral program. Absolutely not like I said the guys were polite but if I didn't have a credit card I would have been screwed. Before anyone asks I estimated the job to be 100 for oil change 40 for refill wiper blades and 300 for tune up including labor...450.00 not 716.00

  We love Tuffy. We bring all our vehicles to them. We have tried other places but always come back. They are always extremely polite, thorough in explaining everything. I have never felt like they were trying to “get over” on me. Completely honest about everything.

  This place has been nothing but good to me I bring my fleet trucks and all my personal vehicles very easy to work with and can get in and out Need to try them out

  My daughter went there first and she told me of how courteous and professional they were. She also shared with me how thorough they were with letting you know everything you need for your car for preventative care. I went there for an estate inspection and I can confirm that it is going to be my new go to place regarding all things for my car.

  Cannot say enough good things about this experience. They were polite, friendly, professional, prompt, and came in under the estimate. They texted me recommendations of basic maintenance upkeep, but I was given the choice to approve or deny. Rafael the person doing the check in and out was exceptionally helpful. Will definitely use them again!
