  I stopped by Take 5 Car Wash near Concord Mills today and had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. Kenny greeted me right away and genuinely cared about making sure my Jeep Wrangler was properly taken care of. He noticed my Sky One-Touch roof immediately and made sure extra care was given during the wash process, which I really appreciated. The wash itself was excellent, all of the vacuums were working perfectly with strong suction, and having interior cleaner, towels, and window cleaner readily available made everything so convenient. I originally came in for just a one-time wash, but because of the experience Kenny provided and how well everything was maintained, I’ll definitely be becoming a member.

  Arnold is the Best manager in take 5 ever time I go the is easy sailing staff is wonderful no bull crappiing around you guys are very luck to have him as a site manager thank you very much much
