    It seems like this location is always having some type of issue. One night we came at 6 pm. They were closed for no reason. Only thing they told us is they were closing early. The sun was out. Beautiful day. Today we decided to go through it again and today they’re closed for maintenance . I could go to the one in concord mills blvd but that’s an extra 30 min travel. This location needs help. When they are open they never have anyone to spray the cars down before entering the wash. Just numerous issues always happening at this location.

    Griffin was a awesome helper!!! He even came over and asked that I need shine on my tires! This is why I pay my monthly fee for employees like him💫

    We had a great experience with Griffin! There were some spots that were REALLY stuck on my car after a long road trip and he took the time to rewatch the spots and hand scrub them off! That’s great customer service!
