- RGRandy GishApr 21, 20261.0STAY AWAY!! On 3/19/2026 I took my 2021 RAV4 to the SpeeDee Oil location in Concord, NC, for an inspection and oil change. My tires passed inspection but I was told that they would need replacing soon and I was given a quote for 4 new tires. I had one tire that had a very slow leak, but within a week I had two other tires that had leaks and were almost flat. I only drive on paved roads to and from work. So it is not just coincidence that now I have 3 bad tires and a quote for 4 new tires. I believe that two of my tires were INTENTIONALLY DAMAGED during my car's service. I've been coming to this location for 20+ years but WILL NEVER RETURN!!

Then tell me if should be about and hour. 2 hours later I’m still here and it still isn’t done. Will not come back.

They got me in and out quickly, communicated everything clearly, and were very honest about what I did and didn’t need. I really appreciated that they didn’t try to upsell me or charge for unnecessary services. I explained that I’d come back after my next paycheck if anything needed to be done, and they were completely understanding—no pressure at all. I ended up just getting the free brake inspection, and it turns out nothing was wrong—just some built-up brake dust causing the squealing I’d been hearing the past few days. I’m really thankful for their honesty, clear communication, and overall great service.
