  4/18/26 My daughter and I were on the way to Charlotte. Belt blew on inner tread. We were able to get the car to Mavis. I don’t know the gentleman’s name my daughter talked to. But many thanks for your help. We met Megan at the shop and they quickly worked us in and got the new tire on. Thanks Megan. Mavis was super friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely 10/10

  made an appointment online and received a confirmation for brake services. The representative called me back to talk me out coming in saying that it was later in the day. she was not proactive, although my appointment was already set. I already made arrangements to bring my car. The service was horrible before I even got there. I do not recommend this place. she quoted a price assuming it was too high for me. I wanted to support this local business, but I would never go there. waste of time and unprofessional.

  I had a great experience at this tire and brake shop. The team was honest, efficient, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. It’s not always easy to find a place you can trust with your car, but they made everything straightforward and stress-free. A special thank you to Megan and Deja for taking such good care of me. They were professional, helpful, and made sure I understood everything that was being done. You can tell they truly care about their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy service.

  I had a leaky tire from a sidewalk puncture, so I shopped around and chose Mavis despite them not being the cheapest. Their high ratings made me think it was worth it, so I scheduled an appointment for 5:00 PM and even took time off work to be there early. Before I even left my parking lot at work, they called to confirm I’d be on time—twice. They made it very clear they didn’t want the tech working overtime. I assured them I’d be there and pulled into the lot 7 minutes early. I walked straight to the counter and checked in right away. Given all the emphasis on my punctuality and the fact that they close at 6:00 PM, I assumed the repair would take an hour at most. Turns out the tech wasn’t nearly as concerned about time as they were about mine. I didn’t get my car back until after 6:20 PM. If you expect customers to drop everything and show up on time, you should probably hold your own team to the same standard. Pretty disappointing experience. I hope the tire are at least decent.
