The desk staff was kind and helpful and worked to expedite service so I could quickly leave. Mavis will continue to be my first choice for tire issues.

I called through the call center and they set me up last appt of the day (and on a Sunday at that) I had a severely leaking valve stem and my wife was about to head to Charlotte to take my 3 yr old grandson to see his mama in the hospital and could trust the tire as low as it was. They kindly slipped me in right at the end and a very modest bill later my wife could finally be safely on her way. 5 star customer service all around! New customer won!

I have always heard good things about this place and was really disappointed when i got there and that was the service i got, very unpolite and unprofessional. I will not be returning.

Rob greeted us there and within 40 minutes we were out of there with a patch on our tire. Couldn’t have asked for better service! Great experience! After being serviced for an alignment, it was discovered that one of the requested services were not notated, but the tech took care of it. After leaving, I noticed the reason for my service (shaking) was still there. Upon arriving home to drop off some items, my car cut off and did not come back on. There were no issues prior to my taking it there. I called the store and the same young lady proceeded to tell me that it must be something bigger than an alignment needed. I explained to her, that I had a recent diagnostic and that's all that was needed. She continued to tell me that my problem was I had too many "people" (diagnostics) looking at my car. THEN she put me on hold and came back to tell me again that it's something more like she is a mechanic! I am beyond disappointment with my service and will be calling corporate, as now I will be missing my medical appointment.
