  I can’t say enough about the service I received from Jonas this past Saturday. I reserved a car using the Expedia app. I picked another location to pickup the car. When I arrived there I was told they didn’t have a number for me and that they also didn’t have a car for me. I then asked if there were Amy other locations that may be able to help. I was then directed to this location and within 10 minutes before closing Jonas found me a car and had me checked in and on my way. I can’t express enough how grateful I am for everything! Thanks again Jonas and I will definitely be returning.

  Poor customer service! They called me 20 mins before my reservation to say they didn’t have any SUVS available.When I arrived I told them I would take any car available.They then stated they have NO cars at all! Why didn’t you say that when you called! Instead of wasting my time and gas! My reservation was for 10:30 am Saturday, the employee told me they wouldn’t have a car until the next day @ 1pm! No apology, just walked away from the counter! Horrible customer service skills. I will never use this location again!

  Walked into this Enterprise expecting the usual “here’s your keys, have a nice day” energy… nah, this squad different. From the jump, the whole team was on point—friendly, sharp, and actually knew how to talk to people like real humans instead of reading off a script. You can tell they’re not just clocking in, they’re locking in. Customer service here isn’t forced, it’s natural. And let’s talk about Jessica for a second… she a real one. You can see her influence all over that place. The team moves like they’ve been coached right—respectful, attentive, and smooth with building rapport without making it feel fake or over the top. That kind of consistency doesn’t happen by accident, that’s leadership. Honestly felt less like a rental counter and more like pulling up on people who actually got you. Quick, easy, and somehow still a good vibe the whole time. If every Enterprise ran like this, renting a car would be something people actually look forward to.

  This Enterprise is absolutely amazing! No matter where I am in the Carolinas, this is always my go-to. The manager and staff have the best personalities and a genuine spirit that you just don't find everywhere. Every visit feels truly welcoming — they consistently go above and beyond to make you feel valued as a customer. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

  I feel the need to leave a review after the experience I had at this specific location. We picked up a car from a different location and ultimately needed to swap it out on a Sunday when limited locations were open. I called and spoke to Jessica who said to come on in and she'd get us taken care of. When we arrived she gave us all of our options, laid out the out of pocket costs, and let us look in the cars before making a decision on the swap. She was personable, kind, and transparent. This was a welcome change to other time's I've rented and been pushed towards a more expensive rental. I'll return here to work with Jessica if my family needs a rental again in the future.
