Although service was fast and friendly… it wasn’t until a few weeks later that I realized my car is now leaking oil all over the place! I work from 7am-11pm, so never had the chance to look at my driveway while the sun was out. I finally had a short work day the other day and saw oil stains ALL OVER my driveway! I have pictures to prove it. Not to mention that my car has been smelling like something was burning…but I figured it was from draining the old oil and putting new oil in… but weeks later it’s still smelling like that and my car is still dropping oil all over the place.

When I entered the parking lot, one of the service team members named Tyronie greeted me and asked me about the services that I needed. Tyronie, was very professional and polite and guaranteed me that the service team would have me out in under 15 minutes. As soon as I pulled into the bay, service members Rodney and Jamare started servicing my vehicle immediately. Tyronie made sure I had all of the available discounts and the team had my service completed in just over 11 minutes. This was the best service that I have ever had at this location and because of this experience, I will definitely be going back for my next service!
