  The service here is absolutely disgraceful. I paid for a triple car wash today and I didn't get it. The worker there was rude. Had his headphones on the whole time and was just using finger signs to point me in which direction I needed to go without responding. I asked him to wash off my car mats which he did, but they didn't look washed off and he threw them off to the side instead of bringing them back to my car as other Employees have done when I've been there before. The vacuums don't work very well. The rags were dirty. I've been going for years, but I'll never go back.

  Nice Carwash,I love how the employees clean my car to keep it clean.I love the membership aspect of the wash,anytime I want…I love it!!!! Thank you Kenney and Jose for always keeping me welcomed 🥰

  If you had to take your car to any car wash place, this is the place to come! You will always see a worker out either answering questions or making your car wash special! They are always making sure spray bottles and rags are clean and folded very nicely! Not to mention the trash cans are always empty and the property is very organized!!!!

  I had a great experience at take 5 Wash in the Concord area from past several months. The staff is very professional, polite, and knowledgeable, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. They pay close attention to detail and ensure quality service. The pricing is very reasonable for the level of service provided. Overall, a reliable place in Concord with excellent customer service, and I would definitely recommend take 5 Wash.

  Update (To the response): I'm good, I'm not calling. I don't need a free wash or any perks. Just wanted to give an honest review of my experience. If you guys fix that issue for your other customers then that's good enough for me. Raising to a 3 star because you replied. God bless Nice people but i ordered the best wash they offered . Wash/ wax tire shine and all I got was soap and water. Ran through twice same thing. Dishonest about services rendered. Won’t be back
