  My story is nuts, but 100% true. Two birds got in a fight next to my driver side window and pooped all down my driver side door, on my driver side window, even on the driver side mirror. I came through the car wash trying to get it off, it was absolutely disgusting. Griffin saw the unusual mess and hand washed my mirror, actually got the bird poo out of the crevices, and was so kind while doing this. Give that kid a raise. SN: My husband is a leader in your corporate office, he's going to love hearing this story.

  Amazing experience! My first visit to Take 5 was excellent from start to finish. Thanks to Griffin, their associate, who helped me choose the best wash. We selected the Pro5 option because it came with a satisfaction guarantee: if I wasn't happy with the first wash, I could get it redone in the same visit if needed! I was pleasantly surprised that the staff here aren't pushy about upselling or pushing subscriptions. Griffin also took the extra step to power wash the hood of my car during the sound round wash, which needed some extra care. Thanks again, Griffin!

  I’ve been here a few times and would give the wash a 4 star review because the pressure washers haven’t worked since I started coming here but I’m giving it a 5 star review because of Griffin who said he was the asst manager. I was having a not so great day and was visibly upset despite that Griffin helped me pick my wash out (I normally get the 12 or 18 but he suggested the 24 instead to try something new) and it was a great decision. Although I didn’t get much tire shine on my car and when I brought this up with him he went out of his way to offer me a second wash or he would put some extra on for me. I didn’t want to be too much of hassle for him but he ensured me it was no big deal and he would gladly put some extra on for me. It showed me he actually cared about customer satisfaction rather than just the bare minimum. I will be back and I do recommend this take 5 over some of the others that I have been too where I wasn’t given the service I expected

  The attendant gave my car a thorough wash down before entering the automatice car wash. My car came out sparkling clean and that was with just the basic wash!
