The only reason I keep going is because my mom pays for the monthly service for two cars and she gave the second service to me. Every time I drive up, the kids working there are on their phones, barely telling me whether my tires are aligned to pull in, and they barely maintain the towels or fill the bottles. Sometimes the workers aren't even outside. I'm just thankful I don't pay for this service, especially for all locations being out of my way because I certainly wouldn't pay their prices if that were the case.

- DSDavid Steptoe sydnorNov 13, 20253.0It is November 13 the day before my birthday me and my wife’s car at the moment is broke down so her granny was ever so nice to let us use her car so we wanted to take it to get washed so that it was all nice and shiny for my birthday Take five car wash closes at 7 o’clock and I showed up at 6:58. The car wash was already shut down. Of course I paid for the monthly subscription of $30 The Paul up my sticker, let me through and They don’t spray my car before entering the car wash And while vacuuming they turn off the machine that makes the vacuum work got in their car and left . This is very poor professionalism and should be addressed by management. I pay good money for a service. I made it in time before closing time. Yes, I cut it close but I pay good money and for them to stay over. Say 10 minutes in order to make a customer happy I don’t feel is a hard ask. employees need to be taught how to be more professional. I have been using this car wash for a while now and absolutely love it most days but on this day, the customer service was nonexistent. I understand they may have been ready to get off, but I just so happen to get there in the nick of time.
