  After scheduling to get my windshield fix. The service technician Stephan called as he was approaching the destination I set up. Here confirm that the job would take long, even after it rained early that morning. What was cool about the experience is that while he work in the car, he was very informative about the process in each step. Explaining each step. That made me feel better knowing that everything is done right. After installing it he wiped the glass with some weather/bug repellent, and replaced wipers.. Stephan work took about an hour. It was faster than I expected. On to the next. Appreciate it Stephan. Also, I like that you can choose different payment options. Definitely would recommend to friends and family

  Came in for a claim, had to have my windshield replace twice and it still couldn’t be calibrated, during my last service it took 7 hours and would have taken longer if I had not gone to the location for answers. On arrival the car had been sitting outside since 8:30 am because I couldn’t be calibrated and I never got a call or text notifying me of an issue.

  HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Wanted to give them ZERO ⭐️ but wouldn’t be able to post this. I’m currently In NC on a work assignment and they shot my NYS registration and inspection sticker away that was on the original windshield that they replaced. They had no care or consideration that those items are necessary when your vehicle is registered in NYS. In addition, my car was not recalibrated correctly as now my traffic light assist and auto brake assist states that it is inoperable. When contacting corporate there was NO Resolution or regards. Will NEVER PATRON THEM AGAIN! BEWARE!

  I had to come here to brag on how amazing my experience was with Safelite of Concord. My technician was an amazing guy named Ben. He was outstanding, and professional and the friendliest guy ever. Not only did he do a great job but he handled a situation that was not his fault at all, it was the manufacturer of my vehicle's fault. He contacted his boss named Chris, to verify if he could take care of and I overheard his boss tell him to absolutely handle the problem. I am extremely happy with everyone from Safelite that I dealt with to fix my front windshield. Thank you to Ben and Chris.

  Scheduled mobile install and technician was not able to calibrate my camera/sensors. I was told I had to drive into the location 40 min away. The reason I chose Safelite was the mobile service. They should have known that the software on their Mobile equipment would not work on my car. The whole process ended up being multiple hours of my time. They were not willing to do anything with the price they charged me for the calibration. They said it wasn’t their fault. They offered a mobile service and were not able to provide that service. I didn’t pay their equipment update company for this job. I paid safelite. They should be responsible and not say it is not their responsibility
