I have been trying to call to schedule to bring it in but all appointments need to be done online and calibration is t an option- it wants me to go through the whole broken windshield process again online. I just want to speak to a human to schedule the appointment at the ship for recalibration.

- CECristian EspinalOct 30, 20251.0Back driver side window was replaced by Safelite however the first time they ordered the incorrect tint. They had to come out two more times because they kept ordering the incorrect tint. Once they finally got the tint correct they replaced the window and left my door panel lose so they had to come out again. Well fast forward to months later I find out my window doesn't open. I took it in for service and to my surprise I’m being told the door was damaged due to improper install of the window. I have the video of all the damages caused by safelite. I spoke to the branch manager and he basically said nothing they will do about it. The district manager was supposed to call and has not. The cost to fix the door was $1500 due to Safelites negligence and I will be seeking legal action.
