- JTJeff TopinkaOct 4, 20241.0Leaving a one star right now pending follow up from management. Very disappointed in the vinyl application that I paid for in July 2023. I had to return twice so far as the vinyl was shrinking and peeling. Most recently it is starting to do it in just about every Area where they originally installed it. I feel like They’re marketing is a bit deceptive in that their website shows all of these high-end cars and working performed, as well as the fact that they work with NASCAR, and I find it hard to believe that this is the level of quality of work that they provide to the consumer. I reached out this week and was told that they only warranty final for 30 days which is crazy because most likely nothing is going to peel or shrink within four weeks. I asked to hear from a manager So right now, I am waiting to hear back.
- ACAdam CrabtreeFeb 8, 20244.0I just had my very service at ProTint - Concord! Services given were tinting the front doors with Ceramic film & applying Air Series UV film to the windshield. We actually deal with a medical condition so window tinting our vehicles is mandatory & important for us. Making the appointment was an easy process from initial quote to finishing the job. Everything was done within approximately 2hrs or so & I feel their prices are fair. The quality of work looks to be solid thus far. All the personnel I interacted with were friendly, knowledgeable & helpful - shout out to all of you at Concord! Thank you! I also want to mention the waiting area I was in...comfy seats, free wifi, free coffee/tea, TV, toys for the kiddos & a restroom. Insert mic drop here... The only reason this is not a 5 star review is because I did notice a lot of dirty water spots /drips inside my vehicle along the steering column, leather seats & various parts of trim in the front interior from installation overspray. I feel there definitely could have been a better wipe down/clean-up effort in this case. Bottom line: I would highly recommend ProTint - Concord & I would have no problem using them again!
