  It’s a shame how often I have to come here, being that I have a 2025 Toyota Corolla but they always help me out! Any issue I know will be fixed. I’ve been to many Mavis locations and always have problems but never here! Rebecca, Mark Wahlberg and the young guy with the mustache always get me right! 😊

  Not a good experience here. I have a 2002 Volvo S80 which belongs to my daughter that needed an alignment. I went on a Tuesday for an alignment. Got there at 4:30 PM for the appointment. Appointment finished at 6:00 PM. As I drove home, steering wheel was pointed completely opposite direction. But it gets worse, the wheel would suddenly jolt to being centered and vehicle would suddenly veer very quickly into oncoming traffic or the grass, depending on which side of the road I am on. I have to hold steering wheel firmly to make sure I control the car and not crash into anything. I called back, explained what happened. They said they would do another alignment free of charge to correct issue. I went on Wednesday afternoon after work at 4:30 PM. Was told they did several alignments, several test drives, alignment is apparently dead center and vehicle still jolts around and wheel still turned. I was there till almost 7 PM waiting that long with a wife and kids waiting for me at home. Finally left and was told if vehicle still behaves like that to call again to get refund. Vehicle still drove the way it did by veering all over the road, and on top of that when I go around slight curves at 35 to 40 MPH the tires screech loud as if I'm in a race car burning out. On a Thursday I got the refund issued. I then send the 5 alignment print outs to a friend who I've known personally for years that I trust and who service's cars and he said "Alignment sheet do not show the before and after. The only thing they ever touched was toe. I'm looking at it and I'm reading it like a book, I'm telling you the paper doesn't show that they touched anything but the toe." So after all of this, instead of correcting the alignment so it drives correctly, the vehicle is now more dangerous to drive. And I have to get this fixed within 5 days from today so my daughter can drive safely and not drive a dangerous car when she gets back from college. Attached in this review is a photo of the steering wheel when I drive straight after all those alignments. Clearly I am not returning here for future service.

  Terrible service. Working on a car have an affect on someone’s life. You should be more considerate. If a big shop like this can’t do a tire alignment (work redone and problem is still there) then it’s better to close it

  Very friendly and helpful staff. They delivered on all their promises. Unlike many chain auto shops, they did not pressure me to buy extra services; rather, they just let me know what they recommended. Prices were very competitive.
