  Got a bolt in my tire, they took me right in, plugged my tire, put my spare back and made sure front end was still aligned. All very quickly and with excellent customer service. I will be going back there again.

  Went in to get my brakes replaced. Ended up getting quoted over $800 for new brakes and rotors. I asked why I needed new rotors and they said it was because there was a hot ring on the rotor. Having a hot ring around your rotor is way too little of a reason to get new rotors. I told them I cannot afford that and all this sudden the prices went down to $640. Why was that not the orignal price? obviously the price is too high if that much can just magically come off. I ended up just getting an oil change which was $85 itself- way too high. I know they were ripping me off because I was waiting to be asked what type of oil they wanted me to put in. They never asked me which is a huge part of an oil change, they just assumed the most expensive oil is what I wanted I guess. How can someone get an oil change done and they type of oil is never communicated to the customer? And how can the price be decreased by so much? Why are the prices of things not posted on the wall clearly? I wish I liked this place but unfortunately too many things went wrong for me to come back.

  I had a great experience at Firestone. The staff was professional, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly without trying to upsell me. My service was done in a timely manner, and I felt confident driving away knowing my car was taken care of. I really appreciate the great customer service and will definitely be coming back. Josh and Kerri was such great help and helped me with the best deals! I’d refer them every time! March they are having a good sale on promotions. Lifetime alignments as well!!
