    I took my vehicle in for a simple inspection and from the moment I arrived they were trying to “sell” me on everything. After declining everything other than what I needed I noticed I was charged a fee for window tint that I did not have. The car is completely stock and I have never been charged this fee anywhere else while getting an inspection. The service writer argued with me as I did not know anything and insisted on this charge. I will no longer be using this store for future business.

    I got new tires from this shop and since then I have had nothing but issues. I am at a discount tire only a few months after replacing all 4! Kicker? Half the cost this scam shop charged me. The tires I was sold had been discontinued and were over three years old manufactured date. Do not waste your time at this “shop”

    I have been working with the guys at Goodyear at Afton Ridge for many years. They are knowledgeable, honest, and follow through with great customer service. I have dealt with many other car repair companies and have gotten poor and even dishonest experiences. I recommend Goodyear Afton highly. I know that many customers are unhappy with the fact that their car has broken down and they have to pay big money to get it fixed, but you can't blame it on the repair team.
