Got to the store and the tech met me as I was getting out of the car and said “what can I do for you”. I said I have an appointment to get oil changed and tire rotation. He said we can do the oil change now, but it’s gonna be 2 to 4 hours on the tire rotation. I said, but I have an appointment He said I know, but it’s “first come first serve”. Rebuffed his statement saying, “ but I have an appointment “. Said he would try to work me in But could take an hour to two hours before tires could get rotated. At this point made one phone call to take five oil change a quarter of a mile across the street immediately got me in and was out within 30 minutes. Never had a chance to let these folks work on my car may have done a great job just don’t know, but it starts with Customer Service and I just didn’t get it. I see others reviewers Complaining about time estimates and I experienced the same. They really need to take the word express out of their title .

- EUEd UcateDec 18, 20251.0Bad business, under new management. I've gone to this place for years and was treated well. After my last visit, I won't be back. I went in because I heard a slight noise. One of the techs put it up on the lift and said everything looked good but he'll take it for a test drive. 10 minutes later a different tech calls me and says that my entire suspension is shot along with all my bearings. I explained to him this must be a mistake, especially because THEY replaced my rear shocks and struts a year ago. He lied and told me they were all leaking. Upon further inspection, NONE of the damage they claimed existed, which would have costed me 6k. Stay clear of this place. The new management has no integrity.
