- GMGabby Mancini6 days ago5.0Great customer service, I came in today for an oil change after a bad experience with Valvoline, unfortunately with how valvoline temporarily secured my skid plate they were not able to provide me service at this time but helped me understand what went wrong with my car and how to get it fixed. I can’t say enough how helpful they were with the situation and I will be coming back once my issue is resolved.

I had a flat tire at the stop light less than a mile from your location had tire donut installed. Since I lived in Mt Holly I required a tire to head home. My event was not planned but your assistance allowed me with two children to receive a new tire in less than a hour. The TV in the waiting room was a nice touch for the little ones. Lol. Your team were extremely professional and your leadership amongst them was fascinating to witness. Thank you for making me feel safe and secure in your care and service of my vehicle. I will definitely return for oil change and tires.

- NNNicFeb 5, 20261.0First off, purchased a Groupon and after sitting in line for 15 minutes, the assistant manager came up and said they do not accept Groupon. So I went ahead with the oil change anyway since I was there and found a coupon for 26 dollars off. The oil change was still $77 after the coupon, but I got it done. The assistant manager kept addressing me as "hun" everytime he spoke. Unprofessional. Then to top it off I drive a 2024 Jeep amd he said I need front brakes and wrote me up a quote for over $500 and said they could do the brakes while I was there if I approved. A 2024 vehicle is still under warranty which they should of known and suggested to get the brakes looked at by the dealership and not try to upsell a newer vehicle. The whole experience was horrible and will not return.
