I had to go back to Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers, not because anything was wrong only for them to reset my maintenance warning system. Isiah greeted me as soon as I pulled up, even before driving into the bay and not only reset it but then walked me through how to reset it if I ever need to. Isiah is extremely friendly and very nice, we even joked and laughed! The service at this Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers easily goes above and beyond! I highly recommend them!!

- PAPaula AytekinDec 17, 20251.0We went for our inspection. The first time, they checked everything and told us we passed, with only one observation. They asked if we had disconnected and reconnected the battery, which we had not. The inspectors kindly told us to drive more miles over the weekend and come back on Tuesday. When we returned, a female inspector checked the car and said the windshield wiper was not working properly. We asked why this was never mentioned during the first inspection, and she said the other inspector had never inspected the car, which is a lie. She literally told us that if we did not buy the windshield wiper from them, she would fail the inspection. My husband questioned this, and her response was basically, ‘Then this does not pass, it’s a fail.’ It was very clear that because we refused to buy the part from them, she failed our vehicle. Because of this dishonest and unprofessional behavior, we give them one star. We do not recommend this place. The inspector was rude, arrogant, and unprofessional.
