She was polite and kept me informed of my cars progress. Tanner fixed my tire and the manager, JT, was super kind and made my day. Thank you for good service.

When he came my husband said the the supervisor told him that he NO IDEA what was going on and stated that never looked at anything. So he and my husband checked the “problem” and it turned out to be NOTHING! He apologized and they proceeded with an oil Change. So no I was not happy.

I know that sounds like a given, but so many places now only change your oil and then charge you over $100! I drive a Nissan Armada and I feel like they were fair priced and did servies everyone used to do 10years ago. If you're in Concord, Harrisburg, Kannapolis definitely check out this shop!

I called anyway, and without hesitation they told me to come in. James checked my tires right away and was honest and straight up. He let me know I needed new tires and got me taken care of immediately. Super grateful for the help, the professionalism, and the fact that they didn’t rush me even though they were closing. Great service when I really needed it.
