    I wish I could give this location 10 stars🌟 All because of kel he's super awesome, very understanding and helped me and my family every time. I highly recommend asking for kel.. I'm treated like family every time I come and I appreciate that he goes above and beyond super great guy can't wait to rent another car from kel....... Thanks Kel

    The days of good customer service is long gone. Just picked up my rental and it is FILTHY DIRTY! Yes, I chose it. However I was given the excuse that they do not wash the cars in the cold 😯. Not only that. We did the walk around looking for dents with all the filth piled on the rental. I was offered a rental that had just been dropped off while I was there. They were going to give me that rental as well without cleaning nor refreshing the inside. The previous customer could have offensive B.O. As far as the customer service for the cleanliness. The service was disgusting, horrible, & lazy. No rental should be given looking like this. Now I have to come out of MY OWN POCKET to pay for a wash which is open in the cold. I should be compensated for this inconvenience. What ever happened to good customer service. I have never been given a rental so filthy. Not to mention the rear view camera is a safety hazard. By the way. It's sunny and 46° ****** To the owner. It seems like other reviews received a personal response. While it seems like I'm directed to the website by a bot. Why do I need to be directed to your website when I've explained everything here IN DETAIL WITH PICTURES********

    I will definitely continue to use this location for all future rentals. The employees were way ahead of me with safety suggestions in regards to the recent weather.

    Michael at the Concord enterprise location was great. He should get a raise. He was helpful knowledgeable, and worked with us during the crisis. Also, the team was great for having leniency on me getting my car back at the exact time. It was due because of weather conditions. You guys were great thank you five stars!!!!!
