    Easiest transaction I ever had to pick up vehicle at terminal, all paperwork streamlined & nicest surprise by substituting a Mercedes for the Chevy I had reserved:)

    The representative that we had to check in with to get the car was heinous! He told us that sometimes you need to wait, when he knew that we were trying to hurry up to see a relative before they took their last breath. Completely insensitive and took almost 45 minutes to process us when there was no one else at the airport

    I am a frequent renter with Enterprise, but I have only visited the Concord-Padgett Enterprise location once (June 3rd, 2025). During my one and only visit the employee was inattentive, and when I finally located my reserved car it was in the long term parking lot. I had to pay the parking fee to get my rental car. I have attempted on more than once to resolve this issue with Enterprise. Each time customer service told me that they were required to pass my issue to the Regional Manager. No one from Enterprise has yet to contact me. NO ONE!
