The lady on the phone was extremely rude..even though my name was also on the car insurance.. she said my husband still has to come in. My husband was out of town on business trip so how he could have come and within minutes after the call... manager of that location called my husband saying they don't want to do business with us. What a third class down graded customer service. What do they think about themselves. If they don't want our business what makes them think that we want their business...lol...FYI...There are many car rental agencies who want our business. Hell with you and your location...lol..
