  It has truly been a blessing to find Cardinal Auto Repair. I’ve been there twice, and both experiences have been outstanding. The first time, I went in for a second opinion after being told I needed to replace my car’s suspension. They thoroughly inspected my vehicle and were completely honest—my suspension was perfectly fine, and the real issue was simply a tire. My second visit was for an oil change and tire rotation. Caleb inspected my car, and Brittany clearly explained the repairs that may be needed in the future. Caleb also found a small rock stuck in the brake disc and removed it at no extra cost. Brittany provides excellent customer service, always taking the time to explain everything in detail, and both Jacob and Caleb truly went above and beyond what was expected. 1000% recommended. If you’re looking for honesty, knowledge, great customer service, and excellent work, this is the place to take your car. Thank you, Cardinal Auto Repair.

  Great service here. Very nice people and they do really great quality work on the vehicles. They keep you informed of what's going on and when you can expect your vehicle. I highly recommend when you need work done on your car to give them a try

  My 2021 Tahoe was having issues prior to Christmas holiday week. Brittany was the 6th dealer/repair shop and really listened to my issue to find out I needed a new battery. She went above and beyond fitting me in for diagnostics so I was able to be seen today to avoid having a hazardous situation on the side of the road. Caleb was my mechanic and was efficient and fast getting my new battery installed and even went the extra mile washed off the car with the pressure washer. Will do business again after the new year with them to purchase tires. Recommend highly satisfied customer. Budget friendly has a lot of payment options to get you on the road again along with customer service to dive into the issues. My 2021 Tahoe had issues starting with the colder weather, anti theft notification and parts of cluster steering scroll wasn't working correctly. I'm pleased with the thoroughness and was able to get back on the road they worked around my meeting to get this done for me. Thanks and happy holidays. If you are in the need for a mechanic this is your stop!

  I had a great experience with Cardinal Auto Repair! They fixed my radiator quickly and did an excellent job. The customer service was outstanding—everyone was very friendly, respectful, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s hard to find an auto repair shop you can truly trust, but Cardinal Auto Repair definitely earned mine. I highly recommend them for quality work and great service.
