  Chris kuhn was our sales man and was absolutely amazing to work with, we had a 37ft travel trailer that we wasn't happy with and him and Johnathan did everything in their power to get us out of it and not only did they do that, they got us in a fifthwheel which was a upgrade and a camper that we absolutely love. Huge thank you to these guys and I highly recommend working with them and the crew at camping world in colfax

  My camper spends more time here then the law should allow… fixing problems they caused by neglecting to address them properly or making up excuses .. where is WFMY NEWS 2 when you need them ..☹️☹️😠😠☹️

  I took my camper into this camping world because I had a roof leak and needed a new awning. Also needed a new bathroom vent fan unit. When they inspected the ac unit they found a gap on the ac unit. The hole was bigger that the unit needed. I got a call from them and was told they needed to replaced some plywood so the seal would have a place to attach. I told them to do what was needed to fix the issue. By the time I was finished with the repairs it was over 5000.00 dollars for all the work needed. They end up adding a couple more vents that were cracked on the roof. When I got it back I thought all was good. I put it on the market to sale because I have medical issues. When the people came to look at it they said they wouldn't buy it because the roof had an issue. When I went to look at it it looked like it was duct taped and was very spongey. Nevertheless they passed on buying it. I took it back to camping world and had them look at it and they informed me the hole roof would need to be replaced. I asked them why they didn't inform me of this before they put a bandaid on a problem and charge me for all the other stuff that could of been used to repair the roof. I got no answer other that they can charge me thousands of more dollars to fix a roof I already paid for. Now I'm forced to find some other business that is hopefully more capable than this one. I've been here in NC for 4 years and I have run into some shady business practices. I hope in the future that more people write reviews on these businesses so new residents can find someone that puts the customer first. Since covid I don't think the customer is a priority anymore. I thank you for your attention and please be careful out there.

  They are truly great—helpful, honest, and attentive to my needs. It was one of the most positive experiences I've had with customer service, especially when compared to my previous experience at Blue Compass RV nearby. I am genuinely loving my Lance RV trailer and appreciate the quality and support I received.
