  We had a blow out on i40 on our way to the coast. The car was ultimately towed to Mavis Tire in Clinton, NC. Bobby and Ruth were amazingly understanding and got us a new tire ASAP even though they were understaffed. And still, they were very thorough, checked our other tires and the fluid levels in the engine. If you are ever in Clinton and find yourself in need of new tires, stop by Mavis!   I purchased 4 new tires. I went back to have 3 put on by Russell it took him every bit of 40 minutes to put on 3 tires. He forgot to put my tire valve stem cap back on 1 of my tires. I had all green caps when I took my car but I had 2 green 1 black and 1 missing after he got done. My steering wheel shakes. He did not check my brake fluid like they're supposed to do. He rushed my 2024 vehicle and now I have to take it to the dealership to find out what's really going on. I trusted this company with my vehicle and they rushed it and failed me. If something so simple as a cap can't even be put on then what else did you forget to do? I will never return again.

  I have been visiting Mavis for quite some time. I visited Clinton and they have the newest one closest to me. I went through for a quick oil change and the guys were so fast and polite. Bobby the Assistant was funny and caring making certain everything was checked and that my car was handled with care. Best one I have gone though hands down!!! Great work guys!

  Second time coming here and both times had a female working the counter and both females were very knowledgeable about vehicles. Very impressed. Very nice and excellent service. I will be using them for all my vehicle needs if possible. Go see Ruth and she will assist you in whatever you need. Awesome person.

  Good honest service. I came here to have my brakes checked because they were squealing and the shop I went to previously tried to tell me nothing was wrong with them. The guys at Mavis checked and informed me it was the rear brake pads that needed replacement. They ordered the parts and got it done. No more noisy brakes. Compatible pricing too. 5 stars!
