  My boyfriend had an oil change scheduled for today at 1pm he was not taken for the oil changed until 2:36pm an hour and 36 minutes later of waiting for his car to even be TAKEN for the oil change. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Will not be coming back here again.

  Downloaded the brake special coupon and made an appt for brake service at a 10. Came in and was told mechanic wouldn't be back till between 12 to 1 and that I would have to wait till he was back. Had to return to work by 1 so was unable to get brakes done at my set appointment. Was able to visit another local business immediately after leaving and was able to get them done within an hour. Was going to give this place a chance but unfortunately first impression not good at all. Definitely won't be back or recommend.
