  I’ve had to get so many tire services in the past month and of all of them I have to say this was the best one. With how many tire issues and worries I’ve had this is the only store that quickly and easily told me the issues I had. Not to mention their customer service was by far one of the best I’ve had at a tire shop in ages. Definitely gonna come back if I have any more tire problems

  Had a good experience at Mavis Tires. The staff was friendly and professional, and my tire mount and balance was done quickly. Everything was explained clearly and the service was smooth overall. I’d come back again for future tire service.

  I had an excellent experience at Mavis Tire, and Ruth truly made the difference. From the moment I walked in, she was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me—not just selling me services. She explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions with patience, and made sure I understood my options so I could make the best decision for my vehicle and budget. Customer service like Ruth’s is rare these days. She was efficient, honest, and respectful of my time, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. If you’re going to Mavis Tire, ask for Ruth—she’s a true asset to the company and the reason I’ll be returning and recommending this location to others.

  I had a good experience at Mavis today! The front desk was really friendly and helpful, and she made everything easy from start to finish. Service was quick, I did not wait long, I did not feel rushed and everything was well explained to me. I really appreciate the good customer service and would come back again.

  I previously left a positive review for this Mavis Tires & Brakes location immediately after my visit. Unfortunately, I had to edit that review after realizing later that the service I paid for was not actually completed. I brought my own tire to be installed on the rear driver side and paid specifically for the tire to be balanced. After the transaction was completed and I had already paid, I noticed that there were no balancing weights on the wheel, indicating the balancing service was never performed. Because I only discovered this after leaving and after payment, I was forced to return to the shop, which disrupted my schedule and delayed other planned services, including an alignment I had scheduled for the following day. This situation could have been avoided if the work had been done correctly and honestly the first time. I expect transparency and accountability when paying for automotive services. If a customer pays for a specific service, it should be performed as promised. Unfortunately, this experience caused me to lose trust in the quality control and honesty at this location. I hope management addresses this issue so future customers do not experience the same problem.
