  1.Seems there always closed early or not open and the sales are way to pushy. 2.When someone asks for the cheapest wash they mean the cheapest wash not second to the cheapest not trying to up sell after the customer has clearly stated what they want. 3.The help button was way better than having someone stand at a touch screen kiosk designed for the driver to use. 4. I thought we were supposed to have a prewash installed in place of an employee using a pressure washer but instead we got no prewash and no pressure washer and yet the prices went up. 5. Zips fails to hire enough maintenance employees to keep everything running properly is why most of these vehicles get damaged. Zips is a large company that makes plenty of profit to fix the existing problems be a better company and still profit. Do better.

  I paid 18.00 for a car wash. It was still dirty. Bug debris and bird feces on the vehicle and on the windshield. One of the tires still had trace of mud on it and all around the license plate was completely filthy. I went in to tell the employee that my car did not seem to be washed. I was told “oh, sorry about that. You could pay again and come back through. Perhaps you need to buy a membership.” The employee was so rude and could care less about the service I received. I would avoid Zips car wash in Clemmons, all they care about is selling memberships and the customer service is deplorable!

  Zip’s in Clemmons has damaged the paint on both of my vehicles and the alloy wheel on one of my vehicles. Management refuses to take any responsibility. Cancelling my membership and telling everyone that I know to avoid this car wash unless they want thousand dollars of paint and wheel repair bills afterwards. Don’t even bother with the “file and incident report” or anything like that; they are just wasting your time! Their legal disclaimer is meant to scare anyone away from trying to press the matter. The only way this will ever change is a class action lawsuit. They cannot claim “no responsibility” and just get away with it forever.

  I purchased the premium package for a month as it was half off; I see why they do these deals. Half the time there are at least 2 devices that are not working within the wash, so I feel sorry for those who purchase a single wash and don’t even get what they pay for. On top of that, during this month both of my vehicles would get a nasty smell from the vents after a wash; it was like the water was contaminated and as it drys on my 2 vehicles the bacteria or something got on a filter but every wash it would last about 2-3 days after starting up the vehicles. I do not plan to return unless I see a treatment plan for their water and they fix the devices that seem to always been broken inside the wash.
