I went through the car wash line and stated to the attendant that I wanted to purchase the basic wash, which is 12$. I was very clear that I did not want anything extra, she clarified and said that I was to pay the 12$, which I did. Immediately after I got a notification on my banking app saying that I was charged 24$ for a membership. The manager came out and basically told me that it didn’t happen and handed me a business card with a customer service number on the back. The whole experience was really shady. I used to come to this car wash about a year ago and it was not like this. If I hadn’t had the notification set up I probably would not have known that they overcharged. Wouldn’t recommend them anymore, huge breach of trust from a customer standpoint.
