His air pressure dropped even lower so I told him to go to Mavis since it’s right up the road from West Forsyth. I assumed since he only needed air there wouldn’t be an issue getting him taken care of. WRONG! The associate told him that since he didn’t have an appointment he would have to wait 2 hours… FOR AIR! I called the location and asked for an explanation from the gentleman that answered, who said that he was an assistant manager, but he couldn’t give an explanation. I would give less than 1 star if I could.
