Iâve been here a few times for different things; today I got my oil changed and an inspection and Kevin took care of my car. There seemed to be an issue with my brights but he figured out that something was weird with the fuse and saved me a good deal of money! Iâm really pleased with my service :))

Top off my washer fluid and all else was good. He even showed me how to reset my monitor for the oil change. Usually I get out and let the tech do it and Kevin took time out to show me, twice. Lol. Thanks for the learn experience! I'm from Georgia and was passing through going to Asheville NC.

He offered the recommended additional services. Also washed my windows and answered all my questions. I also noticed him communication well with his colleagues. He worked good with his team. He asked me if I would like him to reset my oil dash light which I appreciated. Michael did all his respinsibilities efficiently with great customer service. He is definitely an asset to your team. Not only did Prince complete the work at a lower cost than originally quoted, but he also went above and beyondâstaying past operating hours to make sure my car was ready to go. Ricardo was the technician that resolved my problem. He was very polite and courteous. He even made sure to explain to me why the horn kept alerting as he walked around inspecting the vehicle.
