  Very dependable cars Great customer service I’ve rented compact cars and 15 passenger vans each time I have got reliable service… Jaylon was very helpful with my rental… Each staff member always have a smile on their face when they greet you…. And I love how I’m always in and out…. Wait time has always been 15 or less

  Booked a car through Costco Travel for this location on 03/01/2026 to be picked up on 04/03/2026 and had a very frustrating experience. On the first visit, yesterday, we were told there was no reservation, even though it was confirmed. We were asked to come back the next day. We returned as instructed, waited a long time, and eventually completed the process and signed the rental agreement. However, right before we were supposed to receive the vehicle, the branch manager " alban Harp " refused to give us the car and canceled the reservation. This meant two trips, long wait times, and no vehicle despite having a confirmed booking and signed paperwork. Now, in lieu of starting our vacation as of spring break started yesterday, my 3 babies who were so exited for this trip are stucking home now. Very disappointing experience and poor handling by management.

  Company needs to be more transparent when reserving a car, or at least more proactive when timing a notification to a customer that a reservation is being changed. Website asks you to select your specific pickup location and showed the luxury brand available. Made a reservation on March 13 for a luxury vehicle to be picked up April 6th. Just received a call at 5PM on April 3rd telling me those class of vehicles are not available at the reserved location. When asked why allow a reservation to even be made, apparently enterprise just gives the blanket options of all their vehicles regardless of the pickup location. If that’s the case, maybe let the customer know a little sooner than three weeks after the reservation is made and just a few days before pickup.

  I’ve been loyal to enterprise and NEVER rented from any other company. They officially list a customer today. I’ve tried to give this location multiple chances, but the service process continues to fall short every time. I made a reservation, checked in online, and arrived expecting a smooth pickup — only to find out the vehicle I reserved wasn’t available, and no one contacted me beforehand. I checked my call log and voicemail, and there were no missed calls or messages. I worked with the branch manager, Alan Harp. He was not rude, but that doesn’t negate the fact that the service and process are consistently poor. A reservation should mean the vehicle is ready or that the customer is notified if there’s an issue. Instead, I’m left arriving with no information and no solution, which impacts my schedule and plans every single time. This location needs to improve communication, respect reservations, and provide a more reliable customer experience.
