I was disappointed that I was told that they didn't have an option like Tidal Wave where you can pay for someone else to dry your vehicle and clean the inside. As someone who has had a stroke I often think about other people who may need assistance.
- MMMel - MelOct 20, 20251.0This location has the worst car wash attendant I came through on Saturday to get me and my spouse a car wash and start a membership on both of our vehicles, the tall black attendant that was working that afternoon made my husband sign up for the $45 monthly membership I was in the car behind him so once it was my turn I asked the attendant to give me the same membership that my husband had which should have been the $35 pro car wash because me and my spouse talked about it before heading up to the car wash, the attendant told me that they only offer the $45 dollar membership I just thought that was horrible customer service to blatantly lie to me about what I was able to get, not to add I they had a long line so I’m unsure of why the second lane was shut down and once I washed my car I tried to vacuum my car out and the vacuum was broken, this has by far been one of my worst experiences ever I will definitely be canceling my membership, I will be trying the Sam’s car wash across from Walmart because I’m definitely done with zip, not to add the scratches that’s on my car I’m over this place
