I was disappointed that I was told that they didn't have an option like Tidal Wave where you can pay for someone else to dry your vehicle and clean the inside. - MMMel - MelOct 20, 20251.0This location has the worst car wash attendant I came through on Saturday to get me and my spouse a car wash and start a membership on both of our vehicles, the tall black attendant that was working that afternoon made my husband sign up for the $45 monthly membership I was in the car behind him so once it was my turn I asked the attendant to give me the same membership that my husband had which should have been the $35 pro car wash because me and my spouse talked about it before heading up to the car wash, the attendant told me that they only offer the $45 dollar membership I just thought that was horrible customer service to blatantly lie to me about what I was able to get, not to add I they had a long line so I’m unsure of why the second lane was shut down and once I washed my car I tried to vacuum my car out and the vacuum was broken, this has by far been one of my worst experiences ever I will definitely be canceling my membership, I will be trying the Sam’s car wash across from Walmart because I’m definitely done with zip, not to add the scratches that’s on my car I’m over this place
