  stopped by Strickland Brothers for an oil change and couldn’t be more pleased with the service. Lawrence and David were outstanding professional, knowledgeable, and very attentive. They made the entire process quick and convenient while still being thorough.They walked me through what was being done, checked everything carefully, and made sure my vehicle was in great shape before I left. It’s refreshing to receive such honest and efficient service. I’ll absolutely be returning and recommending them to friends and family.

  I had a great experience at Strickland Brothers for my oil change. Lawrence and David were both professional, friendly, and extremely efficient from start to finish. They greeted me right away, explained the service clearly, and made sure everything was taken care of properly.They checked and topped off all fluids, ensured my tires were properly inflated, and had me back on the road quickly without sacrificing quality. It’s clear they take pride in their work and value their customers.I truly appreciate the excellent service from Lawrence and David. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend Strickland Brothers for anyone needing a reliable and hassle-free oil change.

  I came in for a routine oil change on my Honda Accord along with my annual inspection, and I had a great experience. Lawrence was very friendly and took excellent care of me as soon as I arrived. He made sure my tires were properly inflated and that all fluids were checked and topped off as needed. A big thank you to James, Damon, and Lawrence for doing such an amazing job. I truly appreciate the professionalism and attention to detail. I will definitely continue coming here and highly recommend their service to others.

  Took my car here for the first time since my husband recently brought his in and highly recommended them to me. I had never done one of those drive-thru oil change places before. Usually, when I would get my oil changed, I would be in the waiting room for 1-1.5 hours. I was in and out of Strickland Brothers in exactly 14 mins. Lawrence and Michael were extremely polite, friendly and helpful. I had insight into everything they were doing and they were very communicative about the status of air filter, my fluid levels, which oil I wanted to go with and helped me figure out how to reset my oil change light. Overall, 10/10 experience and I will definitely be back.

  My personal experience here was terrible. I went for a routine oil change and one of the employees (older African American man) came to my passenger window and started talking to me about my dogs that were with me in the car, during this part of the conversation I did not think anything of it but he proceeded to come to my driver's window and complimented my chest/breasts and asked if I was married or in a relationship, at this point my oil was being changed and I knew I couldnt get out of the situation so I answered his question and told him I was not married. He then "complimented" my beauty and figure once again and walked to the front of my car and proceeded to say "oh you dont have to hide blushing from me i know you want too" and laughed. At this point I was terrified and scared. If you are a woman PLEASE do not go to this location at all or if you choose to, take someone with you! I will never be returning. I went in for a routine oil change and was sexualy harassed and terrified for my safety instead.
