The other two Gentleman I spoke with were nice and kept me update with the progress of my car getting brand new tires. The female technician did a wonderful job. I didn't have handprints on my paint. And she informed me that there was a professional concern with my struts. It's always good when someone observes your car of things that you're not able to see. This was my first visit but won't be my last.
- MRMadelyn Rodriguez2 days ago1.0Ryan (store manager) called me basically accusing me of stealing, he asked me why wasn’t the ticket closed out for my oil change, when I explained to him the conversation I had with Justin the night before which I must say Justin was very honest and upfront with me, Ryan then got upset on the phone and stated that he was the store manager and that was his store, he said he would need to have a conversation with Justin because again that’s his store. I must say the approach that Ryan took was uncalled for and unprofessional. I believe he should had spoken to his employee and address it with him and not involved me the customer. Anyone that does an oil change or any job on their vehicle the car isn’t given back to the customer until payment has been processed or a conversation has been had. I’m not sure how can someone steal motor oil after checking in handing the keys over and also providing personal information as full name and phone number. I would never do business with this store again and I would never recommend anyone to go there again.

I was dealing with damage on one of my tires due to the negligence of another repair shop. I called this Mavis location and had the privilege of speaking with the store manager, Ryan Young. Mr. Young was extremely polite and wasted no time in telling me to bring my vehicle to him, and he would see what he could do, without me even having an appointment. What's amazing is that he not only repaired the damage, but he did so at his own cost. Thank you, sir, for providing a stranger with top-notch service!! Highly recommend going to them if you're looking for quality service.

Fortunately, Moses E Santizo of Clayton Mavis Tire center was within a stone's throw and took great care of us! They fit us in, examined the damage, and within an hour we were patched up and back on the road! The waiting room and rest area facilities were very clean, and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for tire care services.
