  My experience started off well enough. My truck was fixed for a little over $1300.00 and I drove away feeling like all was well. Much to my surprise, after driving about a mile down the road, I discovered that my hood wasn’t closed. I let it pass and figured a simple oversight. Boy was I wrong! A few weeks later and my truck was right back doing the same thing it had been doing before I brought it in. No worries I thought. They will surely take care of it. I dropped the truck off Saturday morning and never heard a word. Called them Sunday and nothing had been done. Was told I’d get a call but again, nothing. So, I go there Monday morning to pick it up and discover they’ve lost my key. On top of that, the truck had been left outside the garage for two days unlocked. The truck originally belonged to my recently deceased brother in law so when my wife found out she was fit to be tied. With no other option they did have a key made and paid for it. I went straight to another garage and they proceeded to tell me that the work Mavis did never had a shot of fixing my problem as my bearings were totally shot. Another $1,000.00 spent and my truck drives fantastic. It’s been two weeks since all this transpired and they (Justin) promised me I’d get a call. One, regarding some sort of reimbursement, and two, with the results of their continued search for my missing key. I’ve heard nothing from these people. My recommendation to anyone who has a choice, do not trust this company with your vehicle. I will be posting negative reviews regarding my experience every day until I get a response and some sort of compensation. This level of negligence and incompetency will not go unpunished.

  Huge thank you to Moses and his team at Mavis Tires in Clayton! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and taken care of. The customer service was outstanding, and they got the work done fast. It’s hard to find businesses that value your time and still provide great service — but they definitely do.

  Took both vehicles to get new tires and oil Changed. Made an appointment through their call center was totally a certain price. We arrived for our appointment I was Tall by store manager, Ryan that he would have to rewrite up the paperwork that and price shouldn’t very much so he would give me a call. That call never came. We went to pick up the vehicles and it was almost $500 more than told by person I scheduled with. With the family of five this definitely put our family In distress. Very unprofessional and will never return or refer anyone Mavis.

  Just moving to the area and I was nervous about finding quality care for my car. I’ve experienced being taken advantage of and ripped off, but that’s not the case for Mavis. Ryan and his team are like family! They took care of my car, communicated what was needed, and had the best prices around. I’m thankful that I don’t have to worry about my car and its needs; Mavis is the place!!

  Recently had a flat in the back rear tire. Made an online reservation after reading the reviews. Had to do this before heading into work for the day so, I came by & seen Ryan Younge. Normally, I’m skeptical about going to other mechanics/tire places that I’ve never been to but this put me at ease seeing how clean the front office was and how professional Ryan is. I was out within less than an hour with a detail diagnosis of what work was done & what needed to be worked on in the near future. I will be coming back, thank you Ryan.
