  Queen!!! Ask for QUEEN!! It’s was such and easy and wonderful expierence working with her, ABSOLUTELY STRESS FREE! Ugh I can’t even begin to say how much I appreciate her and appreciate how helpful she was all across the board. For being a car dealership the environment is so relaxed and easy feeling. I definitely recommend EVERYONE get your next vehicle here!

  I had plans yesterday to go to several dealerships until a friend said; just start with Matthews motors because they are honest and will give you best possible deal. So I had my brother who is an accountant and his wife with me and we went to Matthews and fortunately we met Mitch who didn’t seem like the typical salesman at all. Very personable and relatable and didn’t have to sell me. I found a vehicle; one of a few within my parameters that my family and I just knew was a great fit. I had previously owned several BMWs (which I traded one in) and Lexus but didn’t want to pay for maintenance. Mitch listened to what I needed and again, just educated me on vehicles but never had to turn on the hard sell. From the first minute I walked on lot to the closing paperwork of financing; it was a really great experience. Mitch said here’s my number so if you have any questions at all; call me. That personal touch is very hard to come by in these times so if you’re looking give them a call and ask for Mitch!!! Val has obviously brought in great people and he still has time to check in to see what he can do to help!! I was referred by two friends in Raleigh and I plan to refer them in the future.

  DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Bought a used car 1 year ago, bought an extended platinum warranty to go with it, 3 yr or 36k miles which ever came first. 1 yr later they are telling me I need a new engine. My warranty cover this! They will not honor their warranty and fix my vehicle! Even after providing documentation that I have kept up with regular service and oil changes. It’s been there for 3 months! This is shady and highly unprofessional of this business!

  I've gone to Matthew's Motors for my last two vehicles, the experience with my first truck, 2014 GMC Sierra, was great and the reason for going back for my next vehicle, a 2017 Chevy Tahoe. My second experience was not exactly the same. The Tahoes back lift get was acting up when I took it for a test drive and I was told that it was OK and it worked while there. I was also told that if I bought with a high interest rate, I would be able to refinance easily within two months. The lift gate stopped working completely after 2 days of purchasing and I had to pay my warranty deductible to have it fixed then I waited about 3 months to refinance and was given an even higher interest rate, which I did not take of course. I feel like they were just trying to make the sale as fast as possible, because it turns out bucket seats in the middle row don't really work for my family. I think if they took the time to help us find something that would be more practical for my family of five, I would have given them 5 stars.
