My vehicle was at a local dealership and repairs were to be performed in one day. Matthew motors had my vehicle for seven days. I was required to use their shop for warranty to pay. I’d prefer that due to the distance that Matthews would have approved for the repair to be done locally. In addition, fyi forgetting to perform even the smallest maintenance item will void the warranty. The people I interacted with were pleasant enough but I feel I ticked them off over complaining about repairs not being approved to be done locally.

We just purchased another vehicle from them and Alex and Raul Cruz are the best. Before I went there I called and told them what we were looking for, by the time we got there Raul had pulled up our profile showed us some vehicles and in minutes we had the vehicle we wanted and he had us approved literally in minutes. We were in and out within an hour and a half all papers signed and drove off the lot with a new car. We had never dealt with someone so professional and on point with what we wanted.
