    Repaired a nagging oil leak on my VW. Accurate diagnostics, service, and price. I’m very satisfied with their knowledge of European brands (manufacturer quality work for less $). Extremely professional and informative. Maintenance you can TRUST at a price you can stomach.

    I Traded in my 2018 Honda Accord to purchase a 2018 BMW X3 on 12/10/25. At this time Matthews Motors has still failed to pay my 2018 Honda Accord off. I have reached out numerous times since 12/12/25 regarding payment, the first time it was sent via check which I’m assuming was lost in the mail (I don’t even think they cared so much as to determine this until I called) after this, I was told they would pay it off electronically on Monday 12/29 (supposedly). I have no way of actually knowing what’s taking place because each time I have contacted I get the run around how it’s not posted because of the “Holiday”. Not to mention speaking with an office manager that was beyond rude, I won’t mention the name, however I have all the notes written down as to what has taken place. Today is 1/2/26 and the car I no longer own (not in my driveway) still has not been paid off. I was told on 12/29/25 with it being sent electronically it would be showing within 24 hours that I would be paid off, I’ve contacted the bank in which it was financed through and they have not seen any payments at this time. Honestly the hassle I’ve been dealing with and the way the office manager was so rude to me, I wish I would have never spent my time purchasing a different vehicle for myself from them. I definitely will not be recommending anyone to purchase from this dealership. I would never want anyone to be in the situation I am in where a car I no longer have is still not paid off and also being treated with as little of respect as I did from the office manager.

    I’m so disappointed with this company. We bought our vehicle in July within 2 weeks we had already needed service because the check engine light came on and the engine mount was broken. After fixing this we went another month and the light was on again. This time when I took it, they insist was because of the gas cap not being properly sealed. They reset the light. Now here we are after having the car less than 6 months an it’s completely undrivable. Our calls are being ignored and attempts to contact the GM and company owners are also being ignored. So now a car that has been in the shop for 3 weeks and no idea when and if it’s being fixed. We also are having to use our one remaining vehicle for work and adding a ton of extra mileage. Don’t Buy from here!
