  It makes me give a star.. I wouldn’t I bought a set of tires and had this store put them on for me. I asked the guy if it was possible for them to do he assured me he could do it. They put the tires on and balanced them did not mention anything but it was ready. Got the truck back drove it 7 miles home had slight vibration so I called back Monday morning and brought it back in Tuesday afternoon and was told my wheel was bent. I took my truck to David loud in raleigh. They balanced my tires with zero vibrations and was cheaper that this place was. $235 was wasted and the store could careless.

  I have had three experiences at this location and each has been excellent. Easy to schedule services and all were completed quickly. I appreciate the friendly staff and not being “upsold” on items and services.

  I brought my car in for a tire to be installed because of a flat that I had earlier that afternoon on the way back from work. I talked to the asst manager that was on duty; no problem.... they had the exact tire and only one in stock. Should take 30 mins or so. I handed my keys over. I walked to the Mexican resturaunt nextdoor to meet my wife and son and maybe salvage a rough commute. Approximately 25 minutes had passed and my wife arrived; i figured I'd go check on the progress of car. Good news it was finished; they drove it out of the garage bay. The right tail light was smashed in so bad that the right side of the trunk had a gap. "Don't worry we'll make it right", I was told. I asked to speak to the head manager Joe, I was handed the assistant managers phone. Joe said he wouldnt be in until Friday, I need to bring my car in so he could see the damage himself. I did, he just went on and on about he wished they had cameras and that it was a shame no one was working that had worked at the time of the incident. He wanted to get the needed information off the car (vin and milage) that for the life of him couldnt understand why that wasnt entered by the assistant manager at the time of the accident. I told Joe that I filed a police report just in case at the time of the incident, all of a sudden his tone changed and he told me just go to a body shop and get a estimate on what the repairs would cost; and don't worry GoodYear will make it right. I made an appointment at Gerber insurance for the next Tuesday at 11. Really nice company and they actually care about their customers. I hand delivered the quote to Joe. He sees the total for repairs and literally makes a sound to signify his disbelief. I didn't think too much of it, I reassured him that whichever one of his team members that wreck my newer car; not only cracked the tail light they pushed the trunk lid up to cause a gap on the rightside and it damaged the other sides quarter panel. He assured me that he would submit the paperwork to his claims department and I would be hearing from someone very soon. I waited the rest of Tuesday afternoon, and received no call or information. I called to speak to Joe the very next day at around 8:40 to inquire if he had heard back( a full week since Goodyear tire wrecked my car). Joe told me he hadn't even submitted the paperwork, and that he was about to call me. He just can't understand how a simple tail light could cost so much to repair. He wants me to drive back in so that he can look at it again. I told him how extensive the damage to the car is... not to mention that there are literally exposed wires from the tail light and the trunk is basically opened when closed and I don't really want it exposed to elements. I don't understand why he didn't file the necessary paperwork when he told me he would; especially after I hand delivered them after the bodyshop appointment. Im truly shocked at their treatment of a customer; who at the end of the day paid for a service that has costed me time and discomfort. As of right now they are in the positive and I'm in the negative.

  Quick service with appointment. However, called before to get price and was told wrong! NOT good customer service!
