  Terrible experience. They sell giftcards, but then don’t allow you to use the giftcard on any maintenance done to your vehicle. How else would I spend the giftcard at this establishment? Also came here for an inspection, the entire price was $30. They had some sort of deal where you paid $5 down and then the rest when you returned. I’m guessing just to get you to come back and do business with them? Anyways I returned with all the things in order for my vehicle to pass inspection just for them to tell me they can’t because they have no one to perform the inspection. That the only guy available was “busy working on the same car for the past three hours”. I just ended up going somewhere else feeling annoyed with the whole experience and like I wasted my time. Unprofessional and weird. Definitely will not be back.

  I highly recommend this place. The staff are extremely courteous and professional. They accepted my request at the very last minute before closing, completed the work even after hours, and patiently explained everything. Special thanks to all the staff, especially the lady at the counter.

  I am always greeted with kindness and outstanding service from everyone working. I won’t go anywhere else for an oil change!

  They were able to do our oil change. They were also able to help diagnose some things that we needed to get done but shortly after a hose burst in my car is not smoking. Also had a friend that went this Jiffy Lube. They did a great job of doing partially what she acts and didn’t type off the rest of the fluids in the car and now her car is in the shop because of power steer not saying it’s therefore, but a coincidence nonetheless

  Worst experience ever. The cashier, Jennifer, was extremely inexperienced and unprofessional. She didn't seem to care that customers were waiting, and she even argued with the manager in front of everyone as if she were in charge. I came in for a re-inspection after failing the first one and simply asked whether we needed to pay again since we were at a different Jiffy Lube. Instead of asking clarifying questions or helping us, she just walked away. Then the technician—who we later learned was actually the manager—said he was ready to do our inspection. Still, nobody answered our original question until we asked the manager directly, and he confirmed that no, we did not need to pay again. But when the inspection was done, Jennifer tried to charge us for the previous inspection done at another location. We finally asked to speak with the manager, who came out and told her that the inspection was already paid for. She still didn't believe him and made him pull it up in the system. Even after seeing the proof, she continued insisting we owed $23. The entire situation was stressful, unnecessary, and honestly embarrassing for the store. Jennifer was rude, dismissive, and made the process much more difficult than it needed to be. She should not be in a customer-facing position
