  Beyond disappointed in the place! As soon as I walked in, I was told I didn’t have an appointment. It’s clear Molly has absolutely no customer service what so ever. She tried to turn me away at least 4 times! All she did was deny, deny, deny instead of trying to make things right and calm the situation! I had to call my husband and he immediately provided the exact day and time of the phone call. THEY CALLED US! two days ago! November 3rd at 8:12am. When provided will all of this information Molly finally says “oh looks like I found it” NO APOLOGY or anything given! She even tried to turn me away once more by saying “well if it wasn’t your fault, why are you not going through the other insurance company?” The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because of the estimator. Smitty was very calm and prompt with the estimate. The estimate could have been done in the time this lady was continuing to deny that I had an appointment! What an embarrassment of a business! I will not be back nor will I recommend this place to anyone! UPDATE: NOBODY HAS TRIED TO GET IN CONTACT WITH US REGARDING THIS MATTER. But this may be their go to response because I see they’ve used it a few times. Be very cautious using this business!

  If you have rust on your vehicle this not the place to go, they don't work on vehicles that have rust I got sent away.

  IF I COULD ZERO STARS I WOULD. RUN DON'T WALK FROM GERBER COLLISION AND GLASS IN CLAYTON NORTH CAROLINA. THE START OF MY REPAIRS WENT GOOD. SEEMED LIKE A GOOD REPAIR SHOP. MY PROBLEM STARTED AFTER WHEN MY TIRES WENT BALD, WITH IN 2 WEEKS. WHEN RETURNING IT TO THEM THEY SAID THE ISSUE WAS ON THEIR END. AFTER 1 WEEK OF IT BEING BACK THERE THEY SAID THAT THE PROBLEM WAS NOT THEIRE FAULT BUT ACCUSED ME OF CAUSING DAMAGE AFTER IT WAS PICKED UP. 2 DAYS AFTER THAT JOSH THE ADJUSTOR ASSURED ME IT WAS NOTHING I DID BUT BECUASE OF A FAULTY AFTERMARKET PART THEY INSTALLED. 24 HOURS LATER BACK TO ACCUSING ME OF DAMAGING IT AFTER I PICKED IT UP. LIES, LIES, LIES! JOSH EVEN SAID HE NOTICED IT PULLING TO THE RIGHT BEFORE I PICKED IT UP FROM ORIGINAL REPAIRS. THEY TOLD ME TO OPEN ANOTHER CLAIM WITH MY INSURANCE. WELL I CANT DO THAT BECAUSE I WOULD BE LIYING SAYING I DID DAMAGE. I AM 55 YEARS OLD , CLEAN DRIVERS LICENSE AND 1ST ACCIDENT IN 30 PLUS YEARS. IF I DID DAMAGE I WOULD OWN UP TO IT. AFTER LOOKING INTO THERE REPUTATION, I FOUND OTHER PEOPLE HAVE HAD ISSUES WITH THEM CLAIMING THEY DID NOTHING WRONG AND THE CUSTOMER HAD.

  Took my vehicle here for repairs and they did an excellent job. The staff were courteous, knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the process.
