  I’ve been renting through enterprise for over 10+ years, it’s actually the only rental car service I use and I have to say this location has provided me with the best experience I’ve ever had while renting through enterprise .. for starters every single employee here has grade A++ customer service , they all were welcoming friendly and extremely polite I had my rental 30 days and extended on a week to week basis and anytime I called each person handled me with so much kindness I would rent here over and over if I could but this is just a temporary situation while my car is being fixed I just booked again for this week and I’m sure I will have another great experience kudos to the entire team and thank you for all you do

  Always a great experience when I have the opportunity to rent from Enterprise in Clayton NC. Great reception from the staff, they are very professional when I pick up the car and even when they call after I return the car. Keep up the great work.

  I’ve rented from the Clayton location several times, and each experience has been excellent—thanks in large part to Jaylon, the rental assistant. He’s consistently kind, efficient, and incredibly helpful, making the entire process seamless and enjoyable. His outstanding service truly sets the standard for customer care. On my most recent visit, I was also pleased to be greeted by Erwin during the car return. He was courteous, friendly, and made the end of my rental experience just as positive as the beginning. Thank you, Jaylon and Erwin, for your professionalism and warm hospitality—you’ve made my rental experiences truly memorable!

  I had an excellent experience at Enterprise, and I want to personally recognize Jaylon and Jaedon for their outstanding customer service. Both of them were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my entire rental process. They made sure I was fully taken care of and answered any questions I had with patience and care. This was my first time renting with Enterprise, and they made the experience smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. Their positive attitudes and willingness to help made a lasting impression on me. It truly meant a lot to be supported by young professionals like Jaylon and Jaedon who clearly take pride in what they do and treat customers with respect. I sincerely appreciate the level of care and customer support they provided. They represent Enterprise extremely well, and because of them, I would absolutely rent here again and recommend this location to others!

  I can't say enough good things about the Clayton, NC location. I have been renting from this location for almost 6 months and everyone is so helpful from the moment you arrive to the moment you drive off. This location is very busy but I can count on them every time to put ne in the vehicle that best suits my needs. All of the staff is amazing and so helpful. Jalen is exceptional, he always recognizes me when I walk in and dives right into my next rental. The team at this location has truly changed my opinion regarding the car rental process. Now if I hear horror stories I just refer friends and family to the Clayton team. Keep up the great work guys!
