  I wish I could put half a star. Had an car accident in July which was only waiting for checks to clear. These people say one thing and do another when you arrive. They call my mother an harass her all because my phone died and was on the charger. They told her it was disconnected. The one time they couldn't get in contact with me and threaten to put a warrant out on me to my mother which she already has health issues with her brain/blood pressure. This was the same week that I already talk to them about a payment and an arrangement which they didnt tell me about a rewrite or bringing the vehicle in so i could get a new contract. I had service with them since July which would make 4 to 5 months with the same vehicle. Only to show up for to the make the payment with the same card i use for 4 and 5 months. They decided to make up a story about my card given the system fraudulent activity which my account is under investigation for a week so they dont have to rewrite on my contract. I think I might have a lawyer look into this because they were very unorganized, unprofessional, amongst with some other things. My card has never changed its been the same. Please folks just be careful out here because this company is the worst by far experience that I ever had with a rental company.

  Shoutout to the hardworking team at this location. I worked with Jaden and Devin who really helped me out tonight. I had a reservation through an insurance claim and no cars were available yet they somehow got me in one before they closed for the night. The place was so busy yet they greeted each customer with kindness and respect.

  This has honestly been one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had. The car smelled strongly of cigarettes the moment I got in it was so bad I actually had to go back and complain about it. The windows were filthy, the seats were dirty, and the steering wheel was sticky. On top of that, there was no windshield wiper fluid, which made driving unsafe. To make things worse, they hardly ever answer the phone. I was in the office one day and watched the phone ring several times without a single person picking it up and it wasn’t even busy at the time. This entire situation has been more stressful than the car accident itself, which is saying a lot. Very disappointing experience at the Clayton location. I won’t be renting from here again.
