- ACAngela CookeApr 20, 20265.0Came to Autozone because my car was having trouble starting. The manager Ray tested my battery for me and I ended up needing a new battery which he replaced for me. Him along with the other employee was very patient, helpful and kind with all the customers!

The store was very busy but both employees (Ray was the other one) were super friendly and helpful. Justin treated me with respect and did a wonderful job. Having issues with you car can be a stressful situation so it was nice to have them be so nice and helpful. It made my situation easier to deal with. I don’t know a lot about cars so I am always wary to go into a place but not today. They did a good job of putting me at ease.
