After being jumped off twice I came to conclusion that I must have a dead cell battery. I called and spoke to chino who informed me that my battery was still covered by warranty. He was about to leave for the day but he stayed 20 minutes after his shift had ended (and off the clock) to swap out my battery. I’ve moved to Woodleaf but I will forever make the drive to this particular store for the simple fact that they care enough to stay and make sure the job is done right. He even made it a learning experience for another employee (and myself). Thank you Chino and may your hard working ethics take you far in life!
