  Half of the vacuums were closed, which caused a backup after the car wash. It’s more run down and the credit card machines don’t work so you have to wait for an employee, which is no big deal, but when a customer is complaining and you have to wait and you keep trying to put your credit card in the machine and then you think you aren’t smart because it’s not fitting and you think there’s no way. But indeed. It is that way.

  This place just sucks. My card wouldn't fit in the machine at all and they don't take cash. I pushed the button to try help three times and nobody came. Then when I was able to backup I noticed the there was a worker helping everyone in the line next to me. He must have helped 10 cars go through that line and never came to help me. If I could give them zero stars I would. I will go 20-30 minutes out of my way from now on and go to the Take 5 car wash on Independence Blvd instead. Much better customer service over there. I won't ever be back to this car wash. EVER!!!!! Even if they gave me free washes for life.

  I came in having a bad day but There is a young lady name Sade , She is full of love & laughter with a big smile making my day so much better , she is outstanding helped me with a lot I appreciate the support today from zips
