- ASAnthony Saims2 days ago5.0Let me start off with, I have used many car washes. This one is my favorite!! I use to be loyal to Sam's Express car wash, monthly membership and all. But they have officially stole me away. $20 a month and a better overall clean and dry than Sam's by far. First time I tried them out, it had been a month or so since I had clean my car. It was bad. I was sold after that! Maybe a little advice, put up a bigger sign for the members only line! We like to get in and out faster! Just saying! Thank you Whistle Express for coming to Charlotte!

Never came back and said anything to me.

Tonight when I went through, there was hardly any water on in the actual car wash. I’m patiently waiting for a new option to open in Tifton so we can move our family of memberships to it. My son recently canceled his WE account due to the horrible quality of the Tifton location.

You can tell they take pride in delivering great service. A big shoutout to Chris and the team member working up front—they both went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. They even offered to pressure wash my car mats, which was such a nice extra touch and really showed their commitment to customer care. Because of the outstanding service I received, I’ll definitely be coming back—and I’m even considering getting a membership. Highly recommend!
