  Took my daughter’s Toyota Highlander to this location. Got charged for extra oil ??? $7.99 and $103.99 for the synthetic oil change, when told $101.99. I take my high mileage Suburban in SO Cal and get charged $89.99 and in 15 years never for extra oil ! Didn’t even bother to reset the oil % on computer and stick the sticker on windshield! I guess will take my 5 cars elsewhere from now on

  Ultra professional. I love these guys already. I'm never going to any place to get my oil changed. But the valvoline right here on the plaza in charlotte. I firmly believe each one of these gentlemen and ladies can run their own successful shop. Great job guys!

  I came here looking for an oil change and a tire rotation. Thomas and his crew have such above and beyond service that completely blew me away. This type of transparency and communication is rare these days. The oil change went smooth as can be. During the tire rotation, a tire stud was discovered rusted out and was broken. These guys let me know what was happening, offered to fix it for free, and had the whole thing going as quickly and with clear communication throughout. No hustle, no hemming and hawing, just told me what the problem was and had the solution and the timeline presented to me very clearly. Have me constant updates while I waited in the waiting room Was out of there in just under a couple of hours as smooth as possible. To say that these guys will have my business going forward is obvious; if you’ve read this far wondering if they should have yours, the answer is an empathetic YES
