  I used to trust this place, until a recent experience where I was told I needed my entire emergency brake system replaced (almost $3,000.00-most of it "labor"). And that they would need this done to pass my for inspection. While it is true that my Emergency brake wasn't working...upon having a friend inspect, it was a loose bolt. At least 1 of 2 things is true here...they have completely incompetent techs or they're shady. My friend was able to spot the loose bolt & fix it in 5 minutes for free. Completely avoid this place or at a minimum get a 2nd opinion. Very disappointing as I have had lots of work done on multiple cars here. Feel very taken advantage of as a woman and single mom. I have the "inspection report" in case there's some dispute about what they told me or they try to gaslight me on here that I misunderstood.

  Of course it would be hot when the a/c stops working!!! These guys came to the rescue and had me back in the cool the same day!! Offered financing if needed!! (which I did because it was unexpected) don’t forget about the above and beyond things that count the most in my book..ie complementary bottle waters while you wait or an uber home while your vehicle is being repaired!! Everyone that I came in contact with there were all super friendly too!! Thanks guys for helping me ride in the cool again! A+++ Highly Recommend

  Friendly, however I arrive for 8am appointment and they don’t get there until after 8am. Then I am informed the inspector doesn’t usually get into 8:45am. Was told can’t go by the online scheduling.

  Excellent experience. From gentleman at reception Derrick to their service department. Great service and very reasonable prices. I will highly recommend this place and will definitely comeback in future as well.
