From the service advisor, to parts department, on to the actual technician that works on your truck. Knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt. Darrell the service advisor knew his stuff from the jump, Brandon in parts got what I needed and had it ready when I got there. Shamar the service tech got my truck in the bay and jumped right on the problem. ON A SUNDAY!!! My own dispatch team couldn’t believe it. I don’t write reviews, but with service so incredible I had to. This is a real review from a real driver.
