  had an outstanding experience at SpeeDee thanks to Matt. I came in early in the morning with a flat tire, and although another employee mentioned the shop wasn’t open yet, Matt stepped in immediately and volunteered to help. Without hesitation, he took the time to look at my tire and patched it for me right away. While I was there, I also asked if he could take care of an oil change, and he handled everything quickly and efficiently. Matt was incredibly respectful, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire experience. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of even before the shop officially opened. Matt is truly a great example of excellent customer service. Everything was completed in a timely manner, and I really appreciate the extra effort he made to help me out. SpeeDee is lucky to have someone like him on their team!

  I had a scheduled appointment time of 10:15a. At 2:30 I still had not received any communication from the shop. I called myself to see if my car was ready for pick up. I had scheduled a 17 point oil change and upon pick up I realized they did not check and set my tire pressure as I have a low tire pressure warning still in effect. There is no evidence of any other checks or top offs were performed; as no documentation was provided. My previous oil change reminder is still on my windshield, as it was not replaced with a new one from SpeeDee. I’m honestly worried nothing (even the oil change) was done on my car at this point. I will NOT be returning.
