  I had a 2pm appt for an oil change and tire rotation. My tire pressure light was on before the appt. They took my car at 2 but it wasn’t lifted up until 2:30- so the appointment took an hour (mine was the only car there). I was told I had to change my air filter when I know I had it changed at the last oil change. When I left I drove home and my tire pressure light is still on. I’m sure air would be an up charge considering the entire cost was $200. Will not be back there are way better options in the area

  Fui a un cambio de aceite y pagué el servicio, pero NO le pusieron el aceite, NO le cambiaron el filtro y todavía dejaron el tornillo así, yo me confié qué hicieron el servicio el día viernes, pagué y me fui, y corrí mi auto así casi 300 millas, y de pronto me salió esto en mi tablero Indicando que el aceite estaba abajo, y me pregunté por qué? Si yo acaban de hacer el servicio Tuve que llamar a otro mecánico y el me confirmó que no tenía nada de aceite mi carro, lo alzó y vio el tornillo de la foto, esto es totalmente una NEGLIGENCIA, qué no se supone que estoy pagando un servicio para que chequen al 100% que todo está bien? Esto es realmente inaceptable, obviamente yo le tuve que poner nuevo aceite pues como voy a seguir andando mi carro así? Ahora mi carro se estropeó, es un 2025 y quien me va a pagar los daños colaterales que pueda sufrir mi motor más adelante? Totalmente, voy a demandar y me tienen que cubrir cualquier daño a mi carro

  Awesome experience and reasonable pricing! Been coming to this location for 2+ years and have had BOTH of my vehicles serviced here, I work next door so it makes it convenient! I also used to be in the auto industry and I will say out of all of the places I've had my vehicles serviced in the Charlotte area, this SpeeDee location has always had the best customer service and service in general that I've personally experienced! I recommend my coworkers and others to this location, thanks for all of your help!

  Predatory business practices. I sat for an hour waiting for my oil change to be done and everyone who came in was told they had at least $1,000 in “necessary” repairs added on to a simple oil change and then once these customers pushed back they were given a hefty discount version of that quote and that it would only be for the day to get that price. I understand wanting to make money and also help people but the push they gave for people who don’t know vehicles was alarming. Just do better and if you go here they will be relatively fast and thorough but take the time to get a second opinion.

  The staff were unprofessional and lacked competence. I stopped by for a standard oil change and had no issues with my vehicle initially. However, about 30 minutes after leaving Speedee, my check engine light appeared, and the car was trembling. I returned to Speedee an hour later, where employees claimed there were several pressing issues that required immediate attention. I suspect the mechanic deliberately caused the problem to increase the repair costs. I felt deceived. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO SPEEDEE save your money and your car.
