  Michael F. at the front desk took the time to explore available cars in the fleet with me. He made sure I was happy and satisfied with the vehicle and took into account my platinum status. I ended being upgraded to a nice Volvo SUV! Thank you very much, I definitely recommend SIXT to my friends whenever they come visit in Charlotte

  Really helpful and high efficiency for get the car for us at the very late night in Charlotte. Under the situation that cars are rare and most of rental company had no cars available... So I have to change the rental company to Sixt . While just after few minutes I got my car. Helped us a lot for our tight itinerary in Charlotte. Really appreciate their work and recommand Sixt!

  Rental process was fine, I guess… I got dooped into an upgrade that I thought was free of charge… I’ll take the wrap for not saying no. However, I returned the vehicle an hour before it was due to be returned. Agent told me to leave the keys in the vehicle…. It’s now the next week and I’m still getting emails about an overdue return. I just want my deposit back.

  By far the worst customer service on this planet counter service agents will tell you one thing then when you return the car, they don’t approve or recognize any of that conversation and they just steal your money We rented a car for $2000 due to our flight being canceled. Ask the gate agent if we would be able to get a credit once we return the vehicle within or before the timeframe they rented the vehicle to us. We returned the car 14 hours before the rental time was up and they refused to give us a credit for any of the unused time not only did we miss a flight that cost us almost $1000 but then we had to pay $2000 to rent a car to get home and drive 8+ hours this company should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of people in desperate times.
