  I'm late leaving this review but the service we experienced from Eric and team at this location was nothing short of amazing. We were traveling to Georgia for a wedding after visiting family in North Carolina over Christmas. We got outside of Charlotte and stopped for a late lunch only to notice a baseball sized bludge in the front passenger tire. We called the rental car company and the closest branch that was open was at the Charlotte airport. We get there to find out we would have to downsize vehicles which wouldn't work as we had to much luggage. The worker at the airport recommended Mr. Tire so we called to check that they had the correct tires in stock. They did so we left the airport and drove into Charlotte to this location. Once there Eric and team took care of everything. They replaced the tire with the bludge, another tire that was also bad, along with a rotation and balancing. Words cannot express how impressed we were and how they treated us and interacted with our 1 year daughter. To Eric and everyone there, thank you so much for everything you did.

  I met with Eric who took care of my needs for my Jeep seeing I needed new tires after he conducted my car inspection. I bought 3 tires and got 1free. Thanks Eric for looking out

  This location just cares about money, not customer safety and livelihood. I called this weekend because they installed 2 rear tires on my vehicle just a couple weeks ago. I had 2 tires installed at the end of January in the Lincolnton location. The tires that were installed in January we already showing signs of tread wear and it hasn’t been 2 months since I’ve had the tires. Ironically I was delivering tires to an auto shop when one of my front tires blew out completely on the way there in concord. I call the Charlotte location and the manager on duty tells me that there is nothing that they can do, which was not true. The tires I purchased in January still qualified for the manufactures warranty. Even my experience there when the rear tires were installed was very rude and impersonal. They questioned me about the prices I paid for the front two tires being done at the lincolnton location. I had no idea that they waived the service fees, all I know is they didn’t an excellent job helping me as I didn’t have the funding, and they completed the service within the budget I had at the time. I currently drive all of the time for work and it is very important for my vehicle to be in a safe driving condition. They charged me a service fee for the work at the charlotte location and didn’t do the services I paid for. At a minimum they should have checked all of my tires, along with a free brake inspection, and other things that were advertised. I went back to the Lincolton location and spoke with Eric the manager there and he did an excellent job assisting me. The negligence at the charlotte location has now cost me $1600 that I do not have because they didn’t do a full check on my vehicle. I found out from Eric the manager at the Lincolnton location that the control arms on the front of my vehicle were nearly about to fall off, which means it was a much more serious issue than a wheel alignment. I was at risk of a serious accident and injury due to the charlotte locations ignorance and negligence. I will never go back to this location, and I recommend anyone that cares about their vehicle and safety to stay far away from this place.

  I had a bad experience at another service shop, so I was really relieved to have such a positive experience at this Mr. Tire location. The gentleman who helped me was honest and didn’t make me feel pressured to make a decision. He guided me through replacing two tires after a nail punctured one of my old ones. I would definitely return to Mr. Tire for future service. Thank you!

  The Guys at Mr tire is AWESOME!!! I was in a desperate situation and trying to get to work and they treated me EXCELLENT...they stayed to repair my tire and the next morning had me in/out in no time because I decided to replace that tire and they took very good care of me and I really, really appreciate everybody especially the guys at the front desk they are Excellent Leadership and Awesome, and knowledgeable technicians. And also to the guy that stayed to repair my tire is awesome too , Everybody at Mr tire is Awesome Excellent Technicians I definitely have made Mr. Tire my auto tire and repair service for all my vehicles and my daughters and sons too. I Thank You all and I very much appreciate everything y'all did for me.
