I’d like to consider myself one of the lucky ones—I was able to secure a Saturday appointment (due to inclement weather they offered this option) James arrived right on time and completed the replacement with a faster turnaround than I anticipated. When I noticed a small issue with the molding not being completely sealed, I contacted the office that Monday. Without hesitation, they scheduled James to check the issue and correct it. Their responsiveness and commitment to quality service were greatly appreciated. I now have my second vehicle for a front windshield replacement (not so lucky on this part….haha), and I’m sure the experience will be just the same. Highly recommend Mobile Pro for their professionalism, efficiency, and excellent customer service!

Initially when I realized my windshield had a large crack in it and I called my insurance company to file a claim, I booked with another glass repair company. However, something just felt off to me and I didn't like their energy. So, I called Mobile Pro Auto Glass. From the moment Michelle picked up the phone she was warm, friendly and patient! She called my insurance company on three way, and both the agent and Michelle were able to effortlessly get my claimed switched over. When I arrived at Mobile Pro Auto Glass a gentleman by the name of Kareem I believe greeted me and told me he would be the one repairing my windshield. Once I gave him my keys I went inside and spoke with Michelle. Again, she was so kind, and told me I could use their break room to eat my breakfast. The whole process took roughly an hour (if that). The other place quoted me two hours to replace the windshield and another two to four hours to recalibrate my vehicle once the windshield was placed. My appointment was at 8:30 AM and I was out the door around 9:30 AM. Kareem gave me two simple instructions to follow to make sure my windshield I guess settled properly. Highly recommend this location. I drove over 30 minutes just to receive better customer service and it was absolutely worth it.
